Upon confirmation, 50% of the total amount should be received.
Balance should be received 30 days prior to arrival.

Payment Terms and Conditions

Bookings made within 30 days of the guests’ arrival:

The full amount of the booking must be deposited on receipt of invoice and 30 days BEFORE the guest arrives at the hotel. This is to secure the booking and the booking can and may be cancelled if not received.

NB: Please note that provisional bookings or bookings made without any deposits, may be cancelled without prior notice.
